The chamfering machine is a special designed machine for cylindrical chamfering
grinding of large-sized cemented carbide rods. The equipment uses the clamping
spindle and the precision air pressed chuck to push the rod forward and backward to
right position and to rotate the rods. The angle between the X axis and the clamping
axis is 45 ° , and the grinding wheel finish chamfering of the rod through the
synchronous movement of the X and Y axes. At the same time, through the automatic
feeding mechanism, the material is fed synchronously, and the finished rod is pushed
back in a straight line, so as to realize the full automation of the processing process.
